We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our Technical Support team. This role is responsible for maximizing the utilization of internal and field resources by efficiently dispatching service requests and coordinating technician schedules. The Dispatcher plays a key role in ensuring timely service delivery and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


What You’d Be Doing:

  • Coordinate daily work routes for Technicians and Installers.
  • Schedule and complete service work orders.
  • Maintain radio and phone communication with field personnel in compliance with FCC, state, and company standards.
  • Report resource utilization and service request completion to the Service Desk Manager.
  • Monitor technician schedules to ensure timely entry of service request data.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives, Technicians, and Installers to maintain organized workflow.
  • Resolve customer issues via phone and escalate service requests as needed.
  • Track and organize technician paperwork; provide administrative support to the Technical Department.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience- required
  • Strong verbal communication and telephone skills- required
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Customer-focused with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, web browsers, Windows, MS Office)
