Assistant Sales Trainer

We’re looking for an Assistant Sales Trainer to support the development of our sales teams across Retail, Call Center, and MDU (Multi-Dwelling Units). This role delivers both in‑person and virtual training focused on sales techniques, closing skills, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for sales employees
• Develop training materials and curriculum
• Conduct skills gap assessments and recommend improvements
• Partner with sales teams to address process challenges
• Monitor sales performance trends and training effectiveness
• Provide coaching and feedback to trainees
• Maintain alignment with company policies and training standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience -required
• 2–3 years of sales training experience -required
• Strong communication and presentation skills -required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation -required
• Prior sales experience -preferred
• Supporting sales strategy, while building effective training programs -preferred
